Our mission at WBC Trading is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds can come together to create beautiful handmade products. Founded in 2019 by autistic artist and graphic designer Sammy, whose love of nature and the great outdoors is clearly visible in the type of work we produce in-house in Stoke-on-Trent where everything we sell on our site is made.
We have a showroom where our customers can come and visit, we have an extensive carpentry workshop where we make industrial furniture, habitats for wildlife and benches tables and other garden furniture for our retailers and home buyers.
We welcome people to buy from us as a customer or retailer and we welcome orders large or small our purpose as a Social Enterprise, business for good is to continue to support the individuals who join us from the community on our therapeutic learning programmes where we help people retain and increase confidence to help find full time employment.
We are partnered with the charity Buglife and are working with the TRI Services to support the needs of Veterans as Sammy is an Army Veteran herself having served as a medic many years ago.
